Maryam Ehsani is the founder of Child Safe ME, an international consultancy advancing child safeguarding, online safety, and responsible AI. An Executive Board Member of ISPCAN and Scientific Chair of its 2023 Congress in Edinburgh, she advises governments, technology companies, UN agencies, and NGOs. She holds an MSc in International Child Studies and Children's Rights from King's College London and completed Oxford programmes in responsible AI and AI ethics. She is also a COP28 panelist, an Ambassador to the AI Universal Council, and the author of the forthcoming children's book Sofia's Safe Circle (Growing Brave Press, 2026).

Maryam Ehsani is the founder of Child Safe ME, an international consultancy dedicated to advancing child safeguarding, online safety, children's rights, and responsible AI in practice. She serves as an Executive Board Member of the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) and was the Scientific Chair of its 2023 Congress in Edinburgh, shaping the global agenda for child-protection research and practice. She is also a COP28 panelist and an Ambassador to the AI Universal Council. Maryam holds an MSc in International Child Studies and Children's Rights from King's College London and has completed Oxford programmes in responsible AI and AI ethics. Her work spans governments, technology companies, UN agencies, and NGOs across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, with a focus on embedding responsible, cross-sector approaches to child safeguarding. She is also the author of the forthcoming children's book Sofia's Safe Circle: A Story About Trusted Adults and Speaking Up (Growing Brave Press, October 2026).
